DH & I have begun discussing names of our yet to be conceived #2. We had a tough time agreeing the first round, so we figured we better start early! What are some of your favorite names right now?
These are mine:
Girls:
Everly, Norah, Clara, Elyse
Boys: Nolan, Hudson, Kellen (I like boy names that end in N, I think it works well with our last name)

DH doesn't really have a list, he just shoots down all of my suggestions I told him if he wants input he better start looking for names! haha

I'm totally decided on names for our next children. Which means that we probably will end up using completely different ones LOL.

Girl- Elsa Josephine, Elizabeth Joan
Boy- Everett Joel

I only have girl names - Kara & Karice.

I can't come up with any boy names b/c I want to stick with a K! I can't do Kellan or Kyle, or Kayden (b/c there are so many Aiden's, Jaden's)

@snowjewelz: Ohhh how would you pronounce Karice? I haven't heard that one before- it's really pretty!

@LuLu Mom: I love Norah! But we can't use it, it's a first cousin's name on dh's side (and there aren't many of them.)

@Running Elley: oooh Elsa is pretty.

Boys: Emmett is the current fave. I also like Elliott and Milo but dh nixed them. He likes but doesn't love Elliott and he has a friend Milo and it reminds him if Milo and Otis.

Girls: We have four names on our whole list... Aria (probably not, since everyone says Game of Thrones which I don't watch), Julia (probably the current fave), Cecelia, and Stella (which dh doesn't like but I think he may come around to it!)

I bet we will totally change our minds when the next LO comes though!

@googly-eyes: Thanks! I'm a little obsessed with it. DH thinks it's because of Frozen but I was totally on the Elsa bandwagon before that I forgot that I really like Emmett too! Adding to my boy list!

@hilsy85: I was reading DS a book this morning that had the name Margot in it and I mourned the fact that it's not an E name so I have no hope of ever using it lol. SO pretty.

@Running Elley: It's like Karis. It's a variant of Charis and it's grace in Greek. Kara is joy in Greek

@Running Elley: I'm trying to decide if I will stick with the E thing if we have another girl. I LOVE Everly but DH thinks it is matchy matching, but I think its compatable. So we will see who wins this one (if it's a girl)

@googly-eyes: I have a niece Sanora, she doesn't go by Nora but DH wonders if they are too close in name. I love it though so it's staying on my list!

@LuLu Mom: I love boy names that end in "n" too! Our LO is Nathan Dean. I also like Collin, Donovan, Brennan, and Preston.

As for girl names, my favorites are Hadley, Quinn, and Cora!

Girls names are so much easier I think:
Harlow, Elodie, Evelyn,
Josephine (nickname JoJo)
Francine (nickname Frankie)
Theodora (nickname Teddy)
(I'm obsessed with nick names obviously)

Boys: Odin, Étienne, Camden, Weston, Sawyer

Our finalists for girls names were: Ava, Eva, Clara, Penelope, and Fiona (ultimate winner)

We never seriously discussed boy names (because we opted to not discuss any names prior to our anatomy scan) but in casual talk our favorites were Alexander, James, and Charles.

For a girl I love the names Magdalena, Colleen, and Camila. Eta: and Francesca!

For a boy I love Beto, Julian and Gabriel.

@LuLu Mom: my C's name made your list

I have no idea how we will name a future LO. We were team green and never decided on a boy name, so it's a good thing she's a girl.

If Dh had no say, I love Norah, maya, Eliza for girl, Alexander (nn Xander), or Lucas, for boys. But none if them feel totally right.

Right now Hunter and Grant are my top boys names. Girl names are Audrey and Gemma.

@Littlebit: I totally forgot Grant, that is on DH likes a lot too and it's really growing on me, I would put it as a top contender if we have a boy!
