My two favs:

Pasta Diavolo from a local italian place (penne in a spicy/creamy red sauce with spinach, chopped tomatoes, and grilled chicken)

Pasta Milano from Macaroni Grill (bowie in a roasted garlic cream sauce with grilled chicken and sundered tomatoes)

Good old classic meat sauce spaghetti & homemade mac and cheese

Penne with vodka sauce is one of my favourites! I also love pasta with your standard, chunky red sauce and loaded with steamed veggies (broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, bok choy.... whatever is on hand).

Green Spaghetti (aka spaghetti with pesto)

I love these best:

Milanese/Northern Italian style lasagna (with beschemel sauce, no ricotta)

Any type of pasta with arrabiata sauce

Spaghetti and meatballs

Maccheroni paesani – like a mac and cheese but made with taleggio cheese and taggiasche olives. You get the creamy cheese and the saltiness of the olives; its amazing. I’ve only ever seen this at a local Italian restaurant.

Bolognese sauce with any type of pasta

Eta: I also love this super quick and easy pasta dish we make that's just olive oil, garlic and red pepper flakes. Spicy and rich!

I love a simple Angel Hair or Capellini with chicken, tomatoes, basil, and pesto sauce w/red sauce!

@yoursilverlining: that's how my mom makes lasagne, with a meat sauce though, a la bolognese.
