I just bought an awesome one at nordstrom rack...it is the brand "leith." Leith is in their savvy department. The BP department at nordstrom also has lots of options for around $50.
I would also go to H&M, TJ Maxx/Marshall's, and maybe Target?
I like to wear my stuff really oversized (with really skinny
Bottoms or leggings to balance it out). I have found that nothing at gap/loft/jcrew/banana is baggy enough since they tend to make more tailored styles.I will post some links to some favorite oversized sweaters I have!!!

this boucle cowlneck is my FAVE! so comfy and cute on. has kangaroo pockets lined with velvet too!
