I'd like to buy a cute dress for my lo for her birthday. It needs to be something soft (cotton, preferably) and not froo-froo as that is not my style. I've looked at Tea and Gap and am looking for other suggestions. I'd like to stay under $40 and make sure it's a dress that she can wear for play after she's done wearing it for the special occasion.
Bonus points if you find one that has zoo animals on it.

Hmm! I would look on ebay for a mini boden dress... a lot of those have animal or cute prints! I also love surfing zulily for special dresses. But that's hit or miss since some of their boutiques are kinda eh.
