What are some of your favorite make ahead sides for pulled pork sandwiches??
Besides the usual coleslaw, potato salad, pasta salad, et al.

Broccoli salad - like coleslaw but better! I hate raw broccoli but love it in this salad...everyone loves it! It has bacon, broccoli, grapes, and green onion with a sweet dressing...looks and sounds gross but solo tasty!
