We just use ground sirloin, throw it on a soft shell with cheese, and sometimes extras if we planned ahead. Chips with some salsa (I like black bean and corn), and we usually make refried beans. This is another one of our go-to easy meals.

we like soft tacos. i usually do half ground beef and half turkey mixed together, i pretend it's healthier that way =) i've never made my own taco seasoning, but i'd like to try. i try to buy the low sodium ones because most of the regular packet kinds have a ton of salt. then i throw all the left over veggies in a bowl and take some of the left over meat to work the next day for taco salad lunch, yummy!!

I use the pioneer woman's recipe for tequila lime chicken and slice that then serve with warm tortillas, Monterey jack cheese, chipolte ranch, lettuce, and homemade corn salsa. Oh man..so freaking delicious.

@Mrsbells: have you tried the Jennie-O's Taco Turkey meat? It is sooo good and it doesn't taste turkey-ey at all.

We use just ground beef and a hot and spicy seasoning packet, not sure who by. We cook the meat with the onions. I like retried or black beans, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, cilantro and guacamole

My favorite is fish tacos (I am pretty sure it's regional so I am sorry if that sound horribly gross but they are good). I usually use soft corn tortillas, black beans cheese, lettuce, sour cream and salsa.

We also really like ground turkey (seasoned with whatever is in the panty) ground beef, chicken fajitas style (chicken cooked in the crock pot with seasoning and onions ad peppers). I can't remember more but I know we have them a lot

I love soft tacos with beef, lettuce, tomato, avocado, cheese, sour cream, and salsa. I season the beef with lots cumin and chili powder.
