When he does something he is proud of he starts clapping for himself. He looks at me all excited like, "Mom, did you see?!" and starts clapping. It's adorable.

When I sing "Old MacDonald had a farm" she'll sing the E -I-E-I-O part. I am beyond impressed.

She's starting to play pretend, and it's the cutest thing. She loves playing with her dolls. She feeds and rocks them, and takes them for walks in their stroller.

Love this thread! For DS2, gotta go with the other Nov13 mamas - the giggles are awesome. I got a bunch today!! For DS1, I love how he keeps saying new phrases - lately its "or anything." "Mama, are you having some water or anything?"

When my baby girl laughs.
When my son starts telling me crazy things, for example, "I'm going to Paris to buy a new tree a new leaf and candles for the happy birthday." -
At bedtime DH reads her a story and puts her in her sleep sack. Then I come in for a few snuggles and then I put her in her crib. When I take her for snuggles, she pops her head up to play peekaboo with her dad and giggles uncontrollably. He pops his head around the corner a few times and she just laughs. It happens every night, and it's so sweet. As soon as he leaves for good, she's back to business and is all snuggles with me. So sweet!
