We don't have cable, but have a roku and can stream hulu plus, netflix and amazon prime shows. i have season one of yo gabba gabba and bubble guppies on our watchlist, but i'm in need of some more shows to have up my sleeve when i need to get work done and my little love doesn't think that any of her toys, books or household items are enough.
what are your favorite toddler shows that i can stream?

Also if you have a iPad the PBS Kids app is free and a tons of their shows are on there. Like Peg & Cat, Sesame Street, Daniel Tiger, Calliou, Curious George, Super Why, etc

Amazon Prime: Bubble Guppies (I've purchased a few season 2 and 3 episodes... such a sucker)
Netflix: My Little Pony, Sesame Street, and now a few things like Lego Superheroes and Rescue Bots (like transformers) now that WJ is four.

We're big, big fans of Super Why and Daniel Tiger (both on Netflix and Amazon Prime). I don't use Hulu for his shows, so I don't know about there. He can visually and verbally identify all of the letters in part because of Super Why.

@locavore_mama: we do have that app! thanks for reminding me. i wish they made a case so parents could touch the buttons and set it up and then you could flip a switch so toddlers couldn't change things on the ipad. seriously, she turns off shows/hangs up on the grandparents on facetime so much!

@mrs. wagon: i actually like bubble guppies and so does R! maybe i'll get the grandparents to buy other seasons after we've exhausted season 1 a couple times. we got the books for christmas and DH thinks it's hilarious because she can pick the molly and gil book out of a line up! he's like, how did she even find it?! ha

@birdofafeather: You can! Its called Assistive Technology or something. You highlight the part of the screen you don't want them to touch (aka the big red END button) and triple click and it locks it all down!

@birdofafeather: Caillou is a little bald boy who is super annoying. But he learns lessons. He does the normal kid things, but I really hate his voice!
@lovehoneybee: I agree. LO knows her letters very well thanks to Super Why and is always trying to spell. (Although the words she spells are not really words!)

@mrsjazz: OMG I can't stand Caillou, and of course M is big on Caillou at the moment. His voice is soooooo annoying.
Right now besides Caillou, she still loves Sesame Street and in particular we play a lot of Play with Me (only 20 mins and stars Bert and Ernie, her other obsession)

@birdofafeather: bubble guppies is our favorite as well!! We keep waffling back and forth on just buying the seasons. There are DVDs you can buy but they aren't of the seasons... just by theme... dah!!!

Daniel Tiger is hands down my sons favorite show! Next favorite is Curious George.
Lately he's been enjoying Richard Scarry as well.
