    @snarkybiochemist: I'm sorry. Comments like that are so hard to deal with, especially from family.

    @periwinklebee: thank you! And yes so I've heard! I just bought one of those clear blue tests today since I think DH might like the hard proof. Not sure why they would get rid of them there and not here!

    I know it's still early and I shouldn't be discouraged, but I tested this afternoon and didn't have a hint of a line.

    @jhd: @madisonbee: exactly and I couldn't say much without being told I was causing a scene

    @snarkybiochemist: hopefully your sister doesn't bring it up too much.

    just started googling chance of bfp by dpo. Sigh. I should just bookmark these pages since I read them every ttc cycle! 🙄

    @bhbee: have you seen countdowntopregnancy.com?

  10. bhbee

    @madisonbee: oh yes. I'm pretty sure I've reached the end of the ttc related internet and yet somehow it never changes the outcome!

    @mrskansas: I would be totally
    Deflated and low too. I'll be pulling for you and hope it was just too diluted/early.

    I wrote a ton of responses earlier but I always click away accidentally on my phone :(. @snarkybiochemist: your sister sounds so irritating. @mrskansas: hang in there, honey.

    Sorry I was MIA from last months post, I got kind of down about not being able to get any good BD sessions in during O time and so I kind of emotionally checked out. I am expecting AF on Monday or Tuesday and due to my long cycles I shouldn't ovulate until the 27th or 28th. I am adding myo-inositol to try and boost my egg quality and maybe I can O a little earlier? Though it's doubtful. Sorry to be a downer, I'll be cheerleading you ladies on this month and hopefully will POAS early next month.

    @mrskansas: I saw a bit of a line on the first tests. Don't be sad about the afternoon, your urine probably wasn't a long enough hold. Test in the morning mama ❤

    Nothing on the FRER this morning. I guess another chemical or bad tests? I can't believe this keeps happening

    @mrskansas: I'm sorry friend, I've been there on both bad tests and chemicals! Take care of yourself today.

    Cramps over the last few days talked me into testing today (9-10dpo). Got a faint line on a wondfo. I don't trust those things but I guess I'll use a frer tomorrow. I've also had two (out of four) chemicals that started as January cycles so I won't feel better until I see a super dark test. Strangely I feel super zen about it.

    @mrskansas: I'm so so sorry. That happened to me in December and I still don't know how to think of it (cp or bad test). It hurts either way.

    @bhbee: after having cp's it starts to feel like a second line is akin to hitting the ball- it's in play but you don't know if it's a base hit or not yet. I'm so hopeful for you. You gotta start somewhere after all!

    I know you guys are sick and tired of hearing about this, but I am soooo OVER this spotting BS. Woke up to really dark brown discharge when wiping this AM. Still nothing on pad overnight. I think I'm just really sick of it going on for 7 days straight. 😡 I mean, if it's AF, just come already so I can clear my mind and start over!

  25. bhbee

    cantaloupe / 6086 posts

    @madisonbee: it's the worst! I'm so sorry! When I had a cycle like that I bled from like 4-14dpo. Then it stopped for a couple days before af (I have a longer lp). I hope it stops soon for you!

  26. jhd

    @madisonbee: That is so frustrating. I'm sorry. FX that AF comes soon.

    @madisonbee: That sounds INCREDIBLY frustrating! I have had cycles in the past where I spot a ton and it was annoying then, when we weren't TTC. So much worse for you now!

    I'm feeling... normal? I was crazy bloated yesterday but fine so far today. Boobs are full and a little tender but nothing crazy. If the lines weren't getting darker I would be skeptical about this whole thing!

  30. Mrs. Oreo

    pear / 1677 posts

    @bhbee: wow, thats a long time. I guess I never expected my cycles and AF to be this unpredictable after being on BC for 10 years.

    @Synchronicity: So exciting! Hopefully your symptoms don't get too crazy in the coming weeks!

    @Mrs.Panda: We missed ya! Sorry about feeling down, but it sounds like you have a plan for the next cycle. Rooting for ya!

  32. snarkybiochemist

    @madisonbee: I'm sorry you are dealing with this, non productive spotting is the worst.
    @Synchronicity: I'm glad your tests are getting darker.

    @madisonbee: have you tested at all?? What DPO are you? I'm still thinking implantation....

  34. Mrs. Oreo

    pear / 1677 posts

    @knittylady: I'm 9dpo (been spotting since 3dpo). I used an FRER yesterday just to pee on something (thanks for calling me out!) and it was stark white.

  35. periwinklebee

    grapefruit / 4466 posts

    @mrskansas: I'm really sorry, I had something similar happen in December, and the maybe shadow of a line made the BFN that much crappier than it was in months where I saw nothing. I tried to read a bit more about it, and saw some studies that used super sensitive blood tests to show that a high percentage of seeming BFNs are actually attempted pregnancies lost within the first 48 hours after implantation. At the same time, evaps are common too. Either way it doesn't make things any easier.

    @bhbee:

    @madisonbee: I hate spotting. I've been spotting for nearly a month - I know it's a different situation, but still I am so over it. Do you see a gynecologist? I wonder if it could be worth sharing your concerns about spotting with them if you haven't already and see if they have any suggestions.

    It's been a crappy morning - I'm blaming hormones. Anyone have any fun superbowl plans?

  36. Mrs. Oreo

    pear / 1677 posts

    @periwinklebee: I'm thinking of sending my gyn a message tomorrow to see her thoughts. She seems to be brushing me off when I bring things up, so I haven't yet. She always tells me that it takes a while for cycles to return to normal after BC, but I never had normal. Luckily, she's very nice and I do like her a lot so I'm hoping she has other thoughts and ideas.

    No big Super Bowl plans today. Just watching it at home with hubby, trying to figure out what to make for dinner!

  37. bhbee

    cantaloupe / 6086 posts

    @madisonbee: they should definitely check it out i think! It's probably just random but that's not normal return from bc type cycle. When I saw my OB for my bleeding (a lot of mine was red) they did some blood tests I think, and a manual exam and eventually ultrasound to rule out any problems. She decided it was probably a leftover cyst getting irritated in my case but we never really knew and it never came back. (I always have spotting but never at 4dpo!!)

    @madisonbee: I'm really sorry that your doctor isn't taking your history seriously - that sounds super frustrating. I agree with @bhbee: that it is worth pushing to get things checked out, just for peace of mind.

    I hope you enjoy the game!

  39. Mrs. Oreo

    pear / 1677 posts

    @periwinklebee: @bhbee: thank you for the encouragement! I'll talk to her tomorrow and hopefully we can come up with a plan together.

    I had a good cry this morning to my husband over feeling fat and the frustrations over TTC and how connected they are. And he didn't try and solve the problem he just listened and let me cry and then we talked.
