@Adira: Sometimes I see that bees have gotten BFPs without hitting the exact dates they had wanted to, since the swimmers can stay up there for a few days! That's what I rely on, since I can't figure out when I O (unless I start using OPK everyday), and it's pretty demanding for us to BD EOD!

@butterbean: Congrats! Perhaps it was just a bad batch. I know my batch is bad, but for false positives not negative (so I have more expensive ones to confirm with).

@snowjewelz: Very true! But Hubs and I haven't DTD AT ALL this cycle (OMG, we're the worst) and I'm worried I might O before we do!! Although stressing about it probably isn't helping, haha.

@Adira: I get you. You would think it's easy to just push ourselves to DTD while TTC, but I just have to say, life gets in the way! I just stalked your chart, go get some BD in since you seem to have watery CM!! You absolutely can still catch it! Are your cycles regular?

@MrsMcCarthy: Oh, please. Side-eye my chart all you want! I am too long in this game not to know what ideal timing looks like, and this month wasn't it. That's okay. I BDed while I had EWCM and then got this pesky YI, so I did my best.
(Also, total TMI, but what the heck is with the fact that the YI cure is worse than the actual YI? Youch. Dermaplast is my best friend right now.)
(Also part deux, now that we are getting into fall EDDs, I am much more excited about getting KU. I have *great* winter maternity clothes and I would love to get to use them again. I'm shallow like that.)

CD 16 with EWCM and a high on my monitor but a negative OPK. Flying back to Portland and will have relations with my hubs this eve. Praying that I am ovulating since NYC trip has meant out with the day weaning and extra nursing. I also haven't been on the B6 this month and missed my prenatal for 3 days! Way to go!!! Travel and stress could delay O a bit too so we may be sore from a lot of BD trying to catch the illusive O this month. Worth it for a shot at a BFP though. I am going to be a bully about covering our bases this month because lay month I felt so disappointed that we hadnt caught O or O+.

@snowjewelz: I know!!! It's been watery for days and we haven't BD'd yet!!! I was hoping yesterday would be the day but noooooo. Boooo!!! But no, my cycles are not regular (yet). I'm only on my second cycle postpartum and last cycle was 44 days (normally I'm 28-29 days), so I have no idea when I'll actually ovulate this time around.

@MrsMccarthy: Oh, I just googled the lot number and expiration date. A lot of ppl had false positives with that lot - even someone on these boards.
ETA: I have yet to get anything but negatives

@Adira: I was looking at my BFP chart the other day and realized I never had EWCM that cycle... just 9 days of watery CM.
@Radish: and @MrsMccarthy: I never googled the batch #, but my last batch of Wondfo HPTs was bad. I got an evap on every single test I took. FWIW, they were in the old, solid pink, packaging. They were still good, per the expiration date, but the date wasn't that far away... The new batch I ordered came in the "new" packaging that is white with pink bubbles.

Next month!@Adira: That is so frustrating trying to coordinate BD with different schedules. I can't imagine what it's like to do that with children!
So I am 7 DPO and my back is KILLING me today. No other symptoms really, some slight cramping in my lower belly but that could be anything. Been staying up really late and sleeping in until way later than normal. I had a pretty big dip in my chart this morning, so we'll see if it shoots back up tomorrow. The only thing that stinks is I won't know until tomorrow afternoon/night and it may not be the most reliable since it's a day sleep day for me. Grrr.

@septca: Yeah, I actually rarely get EWCM - only watery! That's why I started using pre-seed last time we were TTC!
@Mrs.Panda: Finding time to BD is soooo annoying! Of course, I could always try a little harder, haha.

@septca, @Radish: Gah, thanks for letting me know that there are potential bad batches of Wondfos! I just got mine yesterday (thank you amazon for delivering on Sunday!), and I ran up just now to check. They have the "pink bubble" packaging, and expire 11/14. Goodness, I hope to have a BFP by the time they expire....!

@Adira: have you tried mucinex for cm? When I got my BFP I had EWCM the two days prior but it was my second day of creamy CM when we DTD and I got knocked up. I see a lot of non EW charts with BFP on FF.

@mrsmccarthy @adira we dtd O-5, O-4, O-3, and O-1 and got KO'ed. The only thing I added was 400 mg of mucinex daily from O-10 through O, so I definitely think it helped.

@butterbean: Congratulations!! There's definitely a bad batch of false negative wondfos out there (a lady on a TTC fb group I follow had them), so that's not shocking. So happy for you! Also, I've been meaning to tell you that I love your username, but I also hate it because it makes me want butterbeans and we only have 3 baggies of the home-grown ones left!
@ChiCalGoBee: You might want to google the batch number too, to be sure there aren't any women out there who've had issues with them. All these stories freak me out, but I've had nothing but good results with them.

@Adira: It's just so much harder with a toddler. If only "O" time could be on the weekends! We can't BD during ideal times and we're zonked out by 9pm. But sometimes you just have to do what you need to get it done!

@Adira: get your hubs BD and I think you will be fine. Xander is here so clearly you don't need a lot of EW to make it happen. Does he like porn. My husband is too shy but I remember in Teresa Strassers book she said 70s porn helped her and her husband have more fun while trying. We put a DVD on for my son and sneak away.
@Crystal: it did help in my case yes. Jut make sure you get the kind that ONLY has guafesin and not a bunch of other ingredients like NSAIDS and antihistamines which can dry you out and counter its effects

Finally-- got a smiley face positive OPK just now!!! BD this morning, and yesterday morning, and the day before that. We got a little carried away this weekend with the BD. This is the dumbest question in the world- but if you have sex twice in a row-- do you "wash away" the good sperm? Had little too much really good wine.
Butterbean- Congrats! Wishing you a HH9!! I am so glad you're Wondfos did the reverse and you were surprised by the positive. I got a false positive with a Wondfo-- luckily I didn't believe it all that much when I saw it. I'll post my batch number when I go upstairs but I believe it was a 2015 exp date.
MrsScottish- sorry you didn't ovluate yet-- could it be late for some reason?

I just got super lightheaded and dizzy. I'm TRYING not to read into it too much, but it was intense/unusual and I'm still feeling the effects of it 20 min later. I need to make sure I'm hydrating or something.
