Thank you everyone for your congratulations! It means so much to me. And congrats to LulaBee!!

I need some advice. I took another FRER this morning and the test line was a little lighter than the light one I posted yesterday, but the Wal Mart one was only slightly darker. I figured that the tests would be getting darker the farther along I go, right? I'm so terrified of having a chemical/MC and my OB's office is pretty hands off. I'm only 10 DPO but I thought it would be a darkening trend, at least. My temps are still up, but I've seen plenty of charts look great before they plummet. Still no real symptoms, just pressure in my lower belly almost like gas pains. Please, little baby stick!

@Mrs.Panda: Congrats!!! My only advice - stop temping and testing! Easier said than done sometimes but the fluctuations in temperature and darkness of line are going to vary and you'll only drive yourself nuts.

@Mrs.Panda: Mine didn't darken the way I wanted initially, so I had to just stop testing. 10w5d now, and saw LO wiggling around in there this week! So try not to worry about the lines, as they're honestly not meant to be used that way. It's just a yes/no test, that's all. Sending lots of sticky dust!

@mrs. bird: I think I ovulated January 18- we haven't been tracking any of that, just going to see if we got lucky...
    And we did!!

@LindsayInNY: @Torchwood: Thanks, I guess I just need to put the sticks down lol. I think the pack of Wondfos I have are bad because you can BARELY make out a shadow if you try hard and I got a yes on a digital! AF isn't due to show until Monday so I thought I'd test once more then. It doesn't help that I had a nightmare last night that AF showed

@snowjewelz: I may go ahead and call... I had already sent them a message last night online but who cares! lol

@Mrs.Panda: Yeah, easier said than done on the stopping testing! But it really helped me stop stressing so much. And I totally understand the dreams. After two m/c's, I still dream about losing this one at least once a week. No advice on that, but I really hope you're able to get some peace of mind soon!

    @LulaBee: Congrats!

@snowjewelz: I called them and they are keeping my original follow up appointment for March 4th. I'm going to go crazy waiting that long! I'm thinking of switching OB's anyway as I have moved and I want one a little closer to home and that delivers at my company's hospital. Maybe I'll try to find one today.

    so question:
    fifths disease.......
It is going around my school, and it is so hard to tell if a child has it until they show fever etc, which is after they are contagious. We have one person on staff currently pregnant and her doctor had her off for 3 days waiting for blood test, as she is not allowed to be around if she has not previously been in contact. Her test came back positive, so she is back at work and is out of the woods. A colleague, who knows we are TTC came to me in a panic this morning saying I need to get tested ASAP, that when she was pregnant she was off for a week as she was not previously in contact. Her doc then gave her the all clear, but said that if any signs/symptoms in her class to leave again.
I phoned my doc for other reasons and left a message, and asked while I am there to get the blood test to check.
    ANyone have any experience???

@Mrs.Panda: I feel like it's still early for you in terms of DPO... I don't think it's abnormal or strange that things are still fluctuating. It will be okay!! Don't panic!! Although I totally understand that it's almost impossible not to worry in the middle of your excitement. Will be thinking of you today!

@Mrs.Panda: my early tests fluctuated a bit too and my son is healthy at 17 months. I'd say wait a few days if you am before taking another test. Hugs and sticky dust!

@Mrs.Panda: digitals are really NOT sensitive, so if you got a positive on a digital it's really positive. Step away from the tests!! (And March 4th seems early to me - my doctor won't see you until at least 7 weeks - so you'll be fine!).

@septca: @snowjewelz: Thank you, that really makes me feel so much better. I am just a worry wart and want this baby to stick SO badly (but who doesn't, right?). By March 4th, I'll be 7w2d if going by LMP, 4w1d if going by O!

My plan of attack is this: I will keep my March 4th appointment with my old OB and keep the new appt I made with another OB on March 13th. I would love to keep my current one, but she doesn't have privileges at the hospital I have to deliver at But I have heard PHENOMENAL things about this new OB. Thanks for making me feel better, seriously, I needed it.

@MrsMccarthy: Thank you too! That makes me feel a little more at ease. And your OPK is SO positive, to hell with the monitor! lol

@MrsScottish: I haven't had any personal experience with Fifth disease but I do remember from school it is dangerous for pregnant mothers to be around it. We were taught that children with Fifth disease and a pregnant mother would have to seek care with a loved one because of the possible effects Do you have a walk in clinic you can go to?

@MrsMccarthy: I'm not using OPKs... yet, haha! But if this cycle is a mess like last one, I might have to start using them next cycle! Although hopefully once I'm doing to nursing only once a day, my cycles will get more normal... here's hoping!!! I just hope Hubs is in the mood tonight... maybe I'll have to break out some of my lingerie... if it still fits, lol!

Hi! I'm new. I've been lurking all month and really hesitant to comment. But I woke up this morning and after I temped, FF had changed my O date from last Tuesday to this Monday, and while I had counted myself out already, suddenly I seem to be having some symptoms. I had really low temps through Monday, so I was worried that I hadn't O'd at all this cycle, but after slightly higher temps on Tuesday and Wednesday, FF put me at 3DPO today, which I wasn't expecting since it's a week later than the original prediction. I also have really severe mid-cycle pain, which happened last Friday, and I know it can happen before/after/during O, but I didn't think it would happen 3 days before. Has anyone else had this?

    Estimated O Date: 2/10
    POAS/AF date: 2/25
    Cycle #: 1

@Mrs.Panda: Eeep, I would love to be edd twinsies! I've only been using wondfos. I don't have frer and am snowed in pretty much. I have the clearblue digitalis though!

@HolisticMama My husband doesn't really want me talking about it with people generally and also there are a lot of boards where it seems like if you haven't been TTCing for a long time, you're not really welcome and everyone ignores your concerns. Which is why ultimately I jumped in here - it seems like there are a lot of us very early in the process and nobody is being judgy or harsh, which is awesome.

@dc yoga bee: My Wondfos are only barely showing a tiny shadow which could totally be evap. If I didn't have frer I would be the saddest girl ever!

@Ms.Mermaid: Oh. I'm sad to hear that your DH doesn't want you to be talking about it. I think I would go nuts if I couldn't talk to the ladies here. My mother won't even talk to me about TTC! She'll call me and tell me she's "aching for a grandbaby" and tell me some story about an encounter she had with a cute baby...and then when I try to tell her I had a weird last cycle...she changes the subject. I didn't even get a chance to tell her I had an ultrasound. -_-

And it's a pretty heavy topic for DH to have to carry around all by himself. I love HB.

I'm only on Cycle 3. We even have a newbie thread: http://boards.hellobee.com/topic/first-time-newbie-ttcers

@Mrs.Panda: stop testing! You got your BFP, you only need it once. It took me until about 6 weeks to believe it but save your stress and money and just chill and enjoy that you are pregnant yay.

@Mrs.Panda: LOL I got tired of seeing the stark white negative on that thing! I have the digital pregnant not pregnant ones from clearblue. I'll use those...eventually lol. What is your wondfo lot number whenever you get a chance if you don't mind me asking!

@Mrs.Panda: I agree with the others to stop testing! And I am still so happy for you!

    Correction, I'm 11dpo. Probably out!

@dc yoga bee: I'm in the same boat as you. Those clearblue are taunting me but I know they are 50 mIU/ml. I am refraining from testing with any of them today.
