LO is being a challenge. He's hungry but he wants to stuff both fists in his mouth, kick, and roll. I feel like practically pinning him down to stuff my boob in his mouth really fast before he can get his fists in there.
Any advice? He's 3.5 months.

My LO can be super squirmy when he's really hungry. I have been swaddling him at night, and I find that those feeds are so much smoother and less frantic because he can't kick and try to eat his hands! Have you tried feeding while swaddled?

I had to hold R's hands down for a while otherwise she just wouldn't eat.

Can you give him something to hold in his hand so he's distracted from popping them in his mouth?
I have no advice but isn't it a great problem to have?

@Smurfette: I used to restrain one arm under my armpit while holding the other one, lol - or use a velcro swaddle, aka baby straight jacket. DS has always been a crazy-active kid!

Lol we haven't swaddled in forever... LO is a baby Houdini. He gets out of regular swaddles and the baby straight jackets like its nothing. Even the daycare teacher, with 30 years of swaddling experience, can't keep him swaddled!
