I'm introducing blueberries to my 8 month old, I was thinking of mashing them and mixing it into plain yogurt.
I have a few questions:
-should I puree the whole tub of blueberries and freeze it? Or should I freeze them whole and ony mash them when I need them.
- Should I serve them raw or steam them a bit?
