So, my son is most definitely pidgeon toed. And the more I look at him, it is coming from his hips and he has the classic bow legged look of Femeral Anteversion. In theory he should grow out of it.
I of course worry because he is such an active kid and runs and jumps and plays so much I don't want him to be at disadvantage because of bones. Any ideas of things to do to encourage him to work his muscle in a turned out way? Or anything else?
