Hi! For those that had a miscarriage and use FF, what did you mark as your first cycle day? I put the date of my D&C as my first day of AF, which set me to CD1. Is that right? Then I am just recording my "flow" for each day after (ie heavy, medium, light).

I had a natural miscarriage early (5w) and just did CD1 as the first day of red bleeding. Not sure about after a D&C though.

I waited for the D&C bleeding to stop an then when my first AF came was CD 1. I took that time between D&c and period off anyways so I wasn't worried about tracking anything.

I'm not sure for a D&C, but my m/cs were natural and I counted the first day of bleeding as CD1. After both, I O'd right on schedule so it was the right decision I think.
