@meredithNYC: a few months ago I got a smiley on a digital OPK and then AF showed two days later (and on time)! Glad to read others have seen this too because I couldn't figure out what was going on! I only use digitals now because I don't trust myself reading the regular ones but even those can't be trusted in the second half of your cycle is my opinion!

for the record I got a
last Friday, and we BD'd O-3, O-2, O, O+1 and O+2. I really hope we did it because we were both sick of it by Sunday!

Really, I should be grateful. It means this B complex is working! And POAS in August is good too!

@travellingbee: I hope that the stubborn AF is the result of a strong LP and the efficient work of B complex! Some women don't respond to the B complex, so it is lucky that your body is cooperating. I started taking Femaprin this month (vitex + B6) to increase luteal phase and I hope that the added supplement will work for me as well as it has for you. FX
