This might be a little TMI, but at 7 months PP I'm experiencing cramping, sore breasts, and light spotting. Not sure what's going on with my body.

It was actually pretty normal, if not slightly lighter. There was a bit more cramping than I remembered, though.

Mine totally sucked, because it was about 17 days after birth. AND I was exclusively breastfeeding, but apparently this can happen sometimes. My lochia had just stopped, and then WHAM! Period. The first two (since it's only been about 9 weeks since birth) were both heavier and longer than my pre-preggo cycles. Now I'm petrified of getting knocked up again, so we double up on the birth control, just to be safe

Well bleeding from giving birth... lasted about 3 weeks for me. But then my real period showed only at 4.5 months (just about 1 month after I stopped Breastfeeding)
