I’m not sure what I was expecting, but I guess it wasn’t this. Unfortunately we purchased our auto RNP right before the one-year full refund mark. So they sent me a coupon to pick from a limited selection of items. Well THIS was my selection... 🤣

No that’s the same 3 things they’ve been offering. I ended up with 2 Barney’s and I used one for Christmas for a nephew. But yah it sucks I wish I could have just gotten credit

@gotkimchi: Yes! I think I would have just preferred a generous coupon lol. I got the potty... but we already have one AND it’s on backorder anyway. 🤦♀️

I had given mine to my sister and I think she still put my nephew in it for supervised naps/ awake time anyway.

@BadgerMom: target will take any of them back, regardless of place of purchase. I took mine not long ago and got a $40 target gift card.

@LadyDi: Did you have to show a receipt? I have an older Rock N Play in my attic and and am trying to figure out the “right” way to dispose of it. I don’t even really care about getting anything for it at this point; I just don’t know if there’s a better option than the trash.

@PinkElephant: nope, I didn’t need a receipt with mine! I did call before just to make sure they’d still take it because I didn’t want to haul it in and then be rejected. The gift card was a pleasant surprise, I just wanted to get rid of it.

@LadyDi: Wow, didn't even know Target was taking them back! I was going to keep mine just for visiting babies as a place to set them down (in full supervision, even though both my kids slept in mine) but I'd def. take a gift card. I'll have to call my local Target.

My Target wouldn't take mine back, so I sent it in for the recall. I ended up with the same three options shown in the picture. I have a four year old, so they're all pretty useless. I called the number in the recall email from Fisher Price. They eventually connected me with someone who sent me a refund check for $25. It's better than a singing Barney!

@Zinnia: Ooh that’s good to know. Maybe I will call tomorrow. My potty is on backorder so maybe I can get a check. Also I sent two hubs in and only got one coupon code. I’m not impressed.

So, I feel like I have to come here and take back my annoyance with fisher price...
It looks like they did process the two RNPs I sent in for recall. I just received a check last night for the newer Auto RNP for $51.70 (purchased about 8 months before the recall). So it looks like the offer for one of the three products came from our old regular RNP which would have been purchased in 2014. So I can't complain too much 
I also have a Ingenuity sleeper that was recalled a little later that's been sitting in the attic. You guys inspired me to call Target on that one and she said they would take it back in store IF I had proof of purchase. Which I do, since I ordered it at Target.com. So yay! I'm MUCH happier with $95 dollars in my pocket than a potty we probably won't use lol.

@josina: Same! I didn't think any of the options provided in the recall were worth it so I kept mine in the basement for now. Very interested in a Target gift card though.
@LindsayInNY: Was yours a newer RNP? Wondering if that is why you got those options. I would probably pick one to give away to an expecting friend or donate.

@Bluemasonjar: I was actually thinking maybe it was age based? Either age of your kid (not sure if that had to be provided) or assumed age of kid based on how old the unit was?
