i don't know how fitbit works, but breastfeeding an infant on average burns 500 calories per day, so if u can input a workout for that many calories, it should cover it.

When I used myfitnesspal, i would just up my daily calorie goal by 500 calories to account for it - which was the same as setting my goal to "maintain my weight" since a 500 calorie deficit per day is what is required (on average) to lose a pound a week.

I was also going to suggest giving you credit for 500. I knocked it down to 300 once DS2 was older.
