Wondering if anyone has tried Aaptiv or another workout app/service they'd recommend? I miss exercise and want to start moving a little more but am really constrained by my schedule and a crappy back so the best I can do right now is 15-30 minutes in the morning or after work, at home, off a laptop or my phone, locked in my small-ish home office (no equipment). I tend to gravitate toward strength training, pilates, yoga, and low intensity cardio because my back issues limit how much I can do otherwise. Aaptiv sounds like a potential option but they won't let me see what kinds of workouts they have so I'm wondering if anyone has recommendations for other services that fit my criteria or reviews of Aaptiv and whether it would fit what I'm looking for.
