Old navy always has cheap ones. Payless has some great ones that are more embellished, but still not expensive.

Also The Buckle has some that are a little more decorative!

I have a pair of cute Reef flip flops!
The straps are sparkly and they have a little bit of wedge to it!

To echo everyone else, lol, reef or havaiana flip flops. I also have been wearing the same Eliza b flip flops for the past couple of summers and they hold up really well & come in lots if cute designs.
