We're planning an update to our entry. It's enclosed, but not heated or cooled with windows like the picture below. Rain or snow will blow in occasionally. Currently, there's nasty carpet there (apparently the old owners had carpet in EVERY room, including the kitchen). We need some kind of flooring that will be durable, but look nice. DH is against stained concrete. Also, there's a chance that some old, asbestos tile is underneath the carpet. If it's in good shape, we'll lay tile over it.

Any ideas?
