Am I missing something? The UB website says you can fold the stroller with the Piggyback board on but I can't fold it for the life of me!!
What am I doing wrong? I googled it and couldn't find anything!

@QBbride: it's been so long that I can't even remember but do you have your piggyback pulled up so that it's not in use? I feel like hat might have made folding the stroller easier. So you can have the piggy back down where your kid can stand on it or you can pull it up and attach it to the little hook. Try it with the scooter pulled up (not in use) and then fold it up

I've only had luck disconnecting it first! Didn't know it folded up while attached (I haven't used it much, though!)

@blackbird: I didn't know it be folded out of use while still attached for so long! It's nice not having to take it off every time when you don't need it for the day

@sandy: thanks! I did try with it tethered up and I couldn't get it! It's like one of the clips (how it clips on the stroller) gets in the way. Hmm. Thanks!!

@QBbride: I would call customer service - they are so helpful! I wonder if it's your wheels being in weird position and hitting something. It shouldn't be hard! Mine was never hard to fold together. Call and ask
