I've never used a food processor before and would like to get one. DS is 14 months and doesn't eat fruits/veggies, but he loves yogurt, so I'm thinking of pureeing fruits/veggies to mix in his yogurt. Any recommendations for an affordable food processor?

I have the Cuisinart classic one--must have been recommended by Cook's Illustrated b/c they're my go to resource!
Honestly though, based on what you want to use it for, I would try out a good immersion blender first. I use that much more than my food processor, and it's so much easier to clean!

Not sure if you have a Costco membership, but we got this on sale and it ended up around $99.00. I got it a few years before LO arrived, and used it to make all of her purées when she started solids. We use it a lot and it takes up minimal space.

We have a Cuisinart Prep 9 - it wasn't cheap, but it is awesome. It's quiet and fast.

I've had my Magic Bullet for years and just use that to make small amounts of baby puree. Usually from food I am already making for our dinners.

It's smaller, but I found it to be the perfect size when making batches of fruit or veggie puree for my LO. It's much more affordable too!
