Southwest quinoa salad: quinoa, roasted corn, avocado, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice and a little olive oil.

I like "different" coleslaws better than traditional: spicy cabbage slaw, just had a great paleo apple/cabbage slaw (no creamy dressing since paleo).

I would need some kind of coleslaw... I make different ones though- my favorite is shredded purple cabbage, with sunflower seeds, green onions, a packet of chicken ramen flavoring, and a pack of dry ramen noodles crunched up in it, then a scoop of mayo and a scoop of sour cream or greek yogurt mixed in- sounds weird, but YUM!

We always do grilled chicken with potato salad and chips. I love grilled prosciutto wrapped asparagus too.

The first thing that came to my mind was a broccoli salad. However, all the talk of fresh asparagus sounds great too!
