My LO does. Do you mean the SMO foot orthotics? He got his around 18 months because his ankles and arches were falling in related to low muscle tone. He still has them at 3.5. So far we've had no issues and they definitely have helped. The only thing is making sure that all the teachers at daycare put them on properly after nap. I've showed the main teachers and they are usually pretty good about it, but I know that if there's a sub or floater helping out, the teacher sometimes doesn't explain how tight they need to fit and when I pick him up, the braces are way too loose.
