My feet are always cold! Does anyone have good recommendations for shoes that keep your feet warm? I've always thought Uggs were ugly, but I've considered buying a pair solely for the warmth factor.

@Happygal: my feet are always ice cold and Uggs are like HEAVEN. I usually hide them under bootcut jeans. They also have really cute moccasin styles that are just as warm and look like real shoes.

Oh man.... Don't knock the Uggs until you wear them. They don't seem so ugly when your toes are toasty warm

I have to say that Uggs don't really look ugly to me anymore. I've gotten pretty used to them. I feel the same way with the Dansko clogs. The first time I saw them, I thought they were the ugly as sin. Now, I'm closer to considering actually wearing a pair myself!

@Happygal: You'll love them! I always wear them barefoot and snuggle my toes into the sheepy part...is that weird?

Another vote for Uggs! I thought they were the ugliest shoes ever, before I tried a pair on. I mean, they're still pretty ugly, but so worth it for the warmth and comfort. Also, they're the only pair of boots I can fit in now, at 38 weeks pregnant. I wear them literally every day. Take the plunge!

and I LOVE them. They are warm and toasty and, if I may say so myself, not bad looking for fuzzy boots! They are also ridiculously comfortable, which at 35 weeks, is the key to happiness. -

I am currently wearing a pair of Ugg Dakota slippers. I say slippers, but I know lots of people call them shoes. Anyhow, they are SUPER toasty, but I only wear them inside. Ugg boots are definitely fine for outside!

Uggs for sure! The real ones. I've had a couple of fake, wannabe uggs that didn't have the real sheep fur inside and the difference is crazy! And it's better not to wear any socks with them because it keeps the fur warm and fluffy!
I love mine!
