We are in the process of switching LO from formula to whole milk. LO doesn't seem to mind the whole milk, but she has had diarrhea for the entire week. We just switched her am snack bottle to whole milk.
Has anyone else ha this problem? She hasn't had any trouble with formula, could it be a lactose issue?

How long has it been? It could just be her body adjusting. I feel like C had weird poos for a while while we were switching.

My DS had the opposite. He had constipation when we switched from formula to whole milk. I agree with @zippylef. I think her body is just adjusting to the whole milk.
