I've seen a few recommendations for quiche as a good freezer meal-- perfect because we love quiche and it's easy to make a couple at a time. My question is, how did you freeze it-- baked or unbaked? With crust or without? I'm looking for something that's very easy to pop into the oven after the baby is here, even if it sacrifices a little texture (ie I don't want to put it into ziploc loose then have to thaw then pour into a fresh crust-- too much work).
Same question for calzones-- freeze them before or after baking?
I am off from work and baby's not here yet so I'm trying to get ready!
