I try to have oatmeal with egg whites (added protein) for breakfast most weekday mornings. Once last week and now today I haven't been able to finish it. Just not a fan right now. So I want to try making some sort of breakfast sandwich or burrito at home that I can freeze and reheat. Anyone have any recipes? I'm not a veggie person but fine putting meat in them (bacon, sausage), cheese, potatoes, whatever else!
