Since my current job may be in jeopardy over the next few months I am actively applying to positions both full-time and part-time in my field. There aren't many part-time jobs in PR/communications but I saw one posting and I really want the job.

Does anyone have any tips for what to say in the cover letter to address why I'd be interested in going from a full-time to a part-time job? Do I even need to address it in the cover letter?
