On the same subject of my other post, my love for dairy products! (my body doesn't like it so much, but that's a different topic!)
I'm trying to really figure out which is best for you the full fat dairy products, or the reduced fat. I know that obviously calorie wise, reduced fat is the way to go, but I've also read that your body absorbs the calcium better in the full fat versions.
What do you eat, and why? I'm interested to see everyones opinions! If you have resources please link them!
