Do you believe that full moons pull women into labor? Did you go into labor on a full moon?

There was a full moon about a week and change before my due date and I wondered if it would help put me into labor, but no. When I did go into labor the floor was almost full!

I did!! And the nurses at the hospital commented about how there were a lot of women in labor that day and it must've been because of the full moon!

No, I went into labor about a week after the full moon.

Nope, with none of my 3 pregnancies. I think it can be a factor if your body is ready to go. But I also think low pressure weather systems are more effective.

I did too! I didn't even know it was a full moon until the midwives told me they were super busy and that could have been why! But it was also the day before my due date so I guess bub was probably just ready

I do believe that some things happen with full moons (the vet ER's are always packed on full moons), but it didn't work for me. I went into labor 2 days before the full moon and L&D was empty.... by the time I left 3 days later it was PACKED with recovering moms.

Both previous pregnancies I went into labor on a NEW moon.

Nope! I went into labour 2 days after a new moon!

I was 40 weeks and went into labor on a full blue moon phase. I'm looking up full moon phases to see one when will be around my due date! Ha!

I was in labor on a full moon (it was a blue moon), but I had an unplanned induction!

I did! And it was a really busy night. All the L&D rooms were booked so I was laboring in triage foreeeeever

I went into labour a week before a full moon, which was 2 weeks early. There was a huge snow storm that night and the day he was born we got a foot of snow. This was at the end of March. I think the change in weather made me go into labour.
