Any suggestions for great summer reading?

I'm just about done with Emily Giffin's "Where We Belong," and I have "The One and Only" on deck. I've loved all her books - quick reads, too. I just started "Where We Belong" two days ago!

I always read Elin Hilderbrand's books in the summer. They are all based in Nantucket so they're great summer reads. Her newest book Matchmaker was good. I also just finished Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell for my book club this week which was great.

@Applesandbananas: Will do! I'm loving "Where We Belong" so far...just a few chapters left. Been super busy the past two days...NEED to find some time to finish it today! The suspense is killing me.
I've also heard good things about Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn. I borrowed that from a friend, so that's also on my summer list. I have The Fault in Our Stars on deck, as well. I like reading the book before watching the movie, but I'm waiting for my daughter to finish it first.

I jumped on the band wagon and am reading Gone Girl and it's really good so far. I will probably read her other two books after so that should last me

I just read "Crazy Rich Asians." It's a fast read and very entertaining and funny. I also really liked "Where'd You Go, Bernadette?"

I most recently read Home Front by Kristin Hannah and it was a tear jerker.

@Ginger333: LOVE, love, love Jennifer Weiner books. I had no idea a new one was out, so now I'm pumped!
I read The Magicians by Lev Grossman several years ago, which was followed up by The Magician King. A third book is coming out in August, and I'm pumped - just sad that it's a few days too late for my beach vacation. It's like Harry Potter for adults (that's not a perfect description, but it's whimsical, so...).
