I happened to have Today on in the background while I was playing with DD this morning. They mentioned a toy recall and when I turned to look at the tv I saw the toy they were showing was the exact same one lying on the floor next to DD!

It's the Manhattan Toy Quixel. Apparently some of them have broken apart, posing a choking threat. You can return to point of purchase for a refund (I did today).

Just wanted to post an FYI in case any other Bees also have this toy.
