Baby Bear's birthday is Sept. 1st and I have everything planned, but games. I want them to have soemthing to do since it's at home.
So far I have pick up ducks (everyone gets a prize), bean bag toss and pin the cherry on the cupcake. They won't be able to do it well, but it'll be fun anyway.LOL
Any other ideas?

I was going to suggest those games. The other ones I have in mind are for when they will be a little older.

Fishing! Fish with magnets or you can put a paper clip on the mouth of paper fish & 'poles' with strings with a magnet in the end. You could have a couple nets for super lil ones that just wanna scoop 'em up instead. You could have a rainbow fish

Not a game, but we had a ton of balloons on the floor. All the kids from 1 to 7 played with them in different ways. It was awesome! We also put out a coloring station for the older kids.

I was going to say bean bag toss..
what about sidewalk chalk as an activity? Or you could set up a craft table?
Musical chairs, or even just "dance time!" I don't know any 1-3 year old that doesn't just love to dance!

Thanks ladies! These are GREAT ideas. Went and got favors today and say a coloring sheet that I will go back and get!
I saw the fishing game on Pintrest too. Gotta go print that!
