Fishing! Fish with magnets or you can put a paper clip on the mouth of paper fish & 'poles' with strings with a magnet in the end. You could have a couple nets for super lil ones that just wanna scoop 'em up instead. You could have a rainbow fish I the rainbow fish!

what about sidewalk chalk as an activity? Or you could set up a craft table?

Musical chairs, or even just "dance time!" I don't know any 1-3 year old that doesn't just love to dance!
