That's wonderful news! I actually dealt with similar situations.
I thought I was close to 8 weeks and was only roughly 6wks. So, when I started spotting and had my first ultrasound I was also measuring small but my blood work was coming back great.
It really was that my numbers/days were off.
I'm now 2 days from my third trimester with a very healthy baby girl.
