we are flying in a couple weeks and both kids have seats on the plane and will have car seats for both. what is the easiest way you have found to get through the airport?
I'll probably wear my youngest, put the handle back and hang the infant seat from the stroller handle with two of the giant mommy hook carabiners. Fill the baby's side of the stroller with the carry ons and have my toddler walk (in our airport - Orlando she'll ride, way too busy!).
How the heck do I rig up the Scenera?

They have one of those wheely thingies that the car seat attach to. Then your LO can sit in the car seat and you can push it like a stroller?

With one kid we used bungee cords to strap it to our rolling suitcase. Worked surprisingly well. When we have 2, not sure exactly how we'll do it. Good luck!

We did this the other week. Do you have an infant seat for baby? That actually fits nicely in the toddler car seat, and wrap it with a bungee cord. Then I got a go-go babyz to strap onto the toddler seat and you can roll them thru the airport. Wear the baby, toddler walks and you have a free hand to roll your carry on too.

We rigged them to our carry ons like MrsRain and pulled them along. Worked great.

We got a Go Go Babyz and had LO ride in the carseat last time we took her, but she was only 15 months and there is no way she could have walked with us through the airport for long. It worked very well and we definitely plan to keep using them.

Does baby get worn on your front? You can buy a backpack style carseat carrying bag. There are a bunch on amazon.

We used the Brica Roll and Go. Same concept as the GoGo Baby, but I was able to buy it locally.

I don't really want to spend more if I can avoid it, but I never thought of attaching it to anything before! Maybe we can rig it up to someone's carry on (we are traveling with family, too). each seat (the infant Chicco keyfit and the scenera) say they weigh about 10 lbs so I'd rather not hang both from the stroller handle lol.

We only have 1 LO, but I use his tether straps to strap the car seat to our carry-on and roll it through the airport that way. DS sits in the stroller. Our airport is large so there's no way he'll walk the entire way; and even if he does, it'll take us forever!!

@mrs.shinerbock @rattles @looch We are flying with our 15 month old this weekend and are planning on doing the same thing with a Cosco Scenera Next and the Britax rolling carrier (found one used on a local facebook swap). Any advice? Tips on how to attach the carseat to the carrier? A friend just did it and said her carseat kept falling off and it was a horrible experience.
I have worn him in the Ergo for all previous trips, but at 15 months, he NOT going to tolerate that anymore. Am trying to avoid bringing a stroller too....

@sorrycharlie: the keyfit will fit on top of a roller carryon. Hard to describe, but basically put the handle of the carseat over the handle of the roller, with the inside of the carseat facing the suitcase. and then yes, you can bungee cord the scenera to another roller.

I wish I had thought to take a photo of our setup! SO I ended up renting a CARES harness and using that for DD1 (3 years). DD2 we took the Chicco and used mommy hook carabiners to hang it from the handle. My 3 year old rode in the stroller through the airport, I wore DD2 in the Lillebaby (didn't have to take her out for security either!), and tucked diaper bag and girls' carryon in DD2's normal seat. It worked REALLY well!!
