I've been back at work for two weeks now and find it is very difficult for me to focus. Not in a 'I miss my baby' sort of way, but my brain is just very disoriented. Sometimes it gets to the point where I have headaches and can get dizzy.
Curious as to if this sounds normal...I mean I haven't had to think for the past 4 months and now am working full time without 8 hours of sleep. Do I just need more time to get back into the groove?
