Skylanders Swap Force. It's what my 6-7 year old nephew asked for his birthday...then Christmas.

@MrsH: haha my nephew has the chart and was ticking off which character he had. My SIL was teasing him that she got him this fancy chart and he kept using the cheap paper one that came with the game.
