Hi! My two best friends threw me the most amazing baby shower yesterday - they went way above and beyond and showed me such a good time.
I want to get something to thank them...one of them lives in my city and the other is in a different city, same country, so the gift would be sent to her.
I am not that keen on flowers, though I suppose its always an option. Does anyone have any amazing thank you gift ideas? Neither of them have kids.

Gift card for pampering themselves at a spa or a nice meal? Gift basket full of nice "shower" things? Shower gel, exfoliating scrub, lotion, etc. Or cute rain boots and an umbrella?
Something that goes with the theme? My shower was travel themed, so I got the hostesses travel themed gifts -family passport wallet for the one taking her family to Italy this year, travel jewelry bag for the stylish one, wet sacks for the mom of 2, etc.

For my mom and my sister I did a "blue" themed gift since the shower was for a baby boy. A nice blue mug, nice lip chap that happened to be in a blue tube, blue nail polish for my sister (totally her style), a blue ornament for my mom (shower was over Christmas), blue chocolates, etc. They really liked it!

My cousin hosted my bridal shower and I got her a bottle of Philosophy body wash and an exfoliating loofah.

I bought each of them a necklace from JCrew, as well as a little stuffed animal for their 2 yo daughters.

My shower was hosted by MIL and my really good friend. For MIL we did a spa day. Good friend I got her these throw covers plus throw pillows she was coveting from Etsy.

I got my friend a bottle of flavored vodka that I knew she would like. She loved it.
