My neighbor just had her 3rd boy. She's very earth mother, home birth, makes her own laundry detergent, etc... What do I get her?

Amber necklace for the LO? I'm not a fan but from your description of her I bet she would be. If she cloth diapers you could get her some of those - one of those things you can never have enough of!

@wonderstruck: she does cloth diaper but I didn't know if she would need them since it's her 3rd kid. But that's a good idea!

What about something for her? Pedicure/Manicure/Massage

What about something to keep the older kids busy? Like make them a basket with coloring books, crayons, small puzzles, new books, etc. If it's her third baby, then she probably has everything else she needs.

@Smurfette: I'm not sure if she's into that, she's very very granola. I would have to do a ton of research to find a place that was au natural.

I almost always do food for #2 and beyond. I try to make a full meal that can be frozen or eaten right away in disposable containers that she doesnt have to return. and tell her not to write a thank you note for it either!
