What are some good ideas giftwise for friends that have just had their 2nd child?

For the child, if they're a different sex than LO #1, maybe clothes or their own (swaddle) blankets?
For the parent, bring food or gift them a food delivery service to get them through the first few week/month!

Babysitting. I'd offer to take the older one out for an afternoon and drop off a freezer dinner for them.

You can never go wrong with diapers or a book!
For the family a nice meal would be awesome - make things that freeze well and give them in disposable containers -
My friend mentioned she wanted to get A&A blankets for this second one so I'm going to get her a pink set. She never got them for her first. I'll probably get an outfit or two as well.
