If your baby is sick, do you give them tylenol in the middle of the night when you know they are going to scream and choke and gag? Or do you just wait until morning? I didn't give LO her dose during her first wake up last night but then she woke up later screaming inconsolably at 5am. I guess I should have done it before.

I would. I don't like the idea of LO waking up screaming, so I'd wake her just enough to give her a dose. If LO does a night feeding, give it to her then.

I don't. Usually she sleeps through the night and I she wakes up its just tossing and turning and goes back down.

I definitely don't wake LO up to give her Tylenol. If she is uncomfortable enough to need it she will wake up, and I'll give it then. Or I may give it to her if she wakes up to eat and I know it will help her.

I won't wake LO up to give Tylenol, but if I know he's sick and he wakes up on his own and it's time (or past time) for another dose, definitely, I'll dose him.

I don't wake DS up but if he wakes, then yes, he gets a dose of tylenol to prevent the complete meltdown later when sick.

I do, but I mix it in with the bottle I'm usually already giving him.

I let LO wake up and when she is hysterical I turn on the FP seahorse and I dont know why it calms her down for a little then I administer the dose and nurse her.
