My favourite is Lost and Found, by Oliver Jeffers. It's a bit more toddler than infant but I love the pictures.

Peek-a Who?
It's been a big hit for us and everyone I've given it to. I'm not sure how it is for older toddlers though as LO is 21 months and the others I've given it too have been a year or under.
