I seriously never understood people who went to bed at 7-8pm. But now that I'm a mom... I totally do. During the early months, I always tried to go to sleep when DS did, even at 6 or 7!
Right now I am EXHAUSTED and I think I'm going to sleep within the next half hour.
Do you ever go to bed early?

All the time. I don't get staying up too late when you're a parent, lol. Most kids don't sleep in.

Pregnant I'm in bed by 10 for sure, usually by 9 or 9:30.

I'm usually asleep by 9:30, but that was even before DS. I've never been a night owl. My husband is sometimes asleep by 7. We both are much nicer people when we get enough sleep.

I've done 830 but usually 9. I'm up by 530 and I have trouble getting more than 8 hours of sleep.

I have such a hard time going to bed early! I don't remember the last time I was asleep before 11pm. I really need to work on changing that.

Ive always been one to go to bed early. Its good for your body to stay on the same sleep schedule daily, which means if you go to bed at 10 and wake up at 7 on the weekdays you should do that on weekends too. Its especially important for me to do that with my migraines, so even in college did that.

Oh man, I miss the days when I was pregnant and would go to bed at 9ish every night. Now I'm on LO's schedule and she's a night owl!

I'm about to head to bed and it's not even 9pm. Just put E down to bed, not it's bed time for mumma!

not that early! If I get to bed before 11 I give myself a high five. I'm a night owl. And yes I'm tired.

Yup. As soon as we get her down, we get in bed ourselves. Unfortunately...tonight's been a fussy night. I'm downstairs pumping, he's in bed. She's .....I don't know what she's doing now. If I can be asleep by 9, I'm thrilled.

I love going to bed early. I do it most of the time. DH is a total night owl, though, so that means I go to bed all alone 99% of the time

I would say I go to bed earlier but not necessarily early. I have trouble falling asleep before 10, even if I'm really tired.

Almost never, I'm such a night owl so I enjoy the quiet at night, even when I pay for it the next morning.

I should go to bed earlier. I've been having a hard time getting through the day w/out my late afternoon nap, but then that messes up my night sleep and I can't get to bed 'till like midnight.

Pretty much every night is lights out by 9 for both my husband and I. My son isn't the greatest sleeper, so we front load on sleep in the early hours. It's not the greatest, but I am not so worn out when I have to wake up at 5 or 6 in the morning.

I thought I went to bed early when I was tired during pregnancy but now when I put her to bed at 7:30, I am usually in bed by 8!
