I've received great customer service with Kiinde, Fisher Price, Graco, Britax and Ameda.
I received really bad customer service from Grovia!

I loved my experience with Medela (brand new pump and parts when just the battery died). and Britax (brand new seat when the stroller strap broke).

Britax, UppaBaby and DaVinci have been awesome! Britax sent me a replacement toddler seat (harness lock didn't work) and wheels (squeaked really bad) for my B-Ready, UppaBaby sent me a replacement rear wheel when the brake tabs broke off, and DaVinci is sending me a part for my crib (the front cross bar split during a move). All with no questions asked! No bad experience yet with baby gear companies.

Amazing service from britax when our seats foam was pulling apart!

The worst is Skip Hop. Avoid them like the plague. My blood boils when I think of them. They just ignore you, never answer their phone and delete any complaint you post on their facebook.
Toys R us also has terrible customer service. yuck.

When the front wheel on our city mini stroller locked up, they sent us a new wheel super quick!!!

Boppy was great! I ordered the Flying Circus play gym from Amazon, but when it arrived the lights didn't work. Boppy sent me a brand spanking new play gym.
