I just stayed up late last night reading "The Snow Child". Most of the book was so good, but I kept waiting for more information . And the ending was just...horrible. As a mother, I was very disturbed by it. 
Any books you've read that were really good throughout, but the ending was not up to par?

Allegiant!! Book 3 of the Divergent trilogy. I wanted to throw the book across the room and refused to believe it. lol
I went online and read a large number of fanfics that provided their own spin on the ending that were in line with the book storyline and believable. lol

Oh gosh, I just got that one to read, too.
I know I've felt this way often, though I can't seem to recall any specifics at this point (except My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult, which made me want to throw the book at the wall).

@Mrs. Carrot: haha did you get it during the amazon sale too? The book is separated into 3 parts and part 3 just seemed so rushed to me.

@regberadaisy: Sure did. It looked so interesting, especially me being Russian and having grown up with some of the fairy tales it references. Sorry it was a bummer!

Gone Girl
The Girl on the Train
Both endings felt "too-too". Especially Gone Girl - too all of a sudden wrapped up and not true to the characters.....and the book is what, like almost 500 pages so clearly she didn't have an editor over her shoulder policing page limits!

I hated the ending of All The Light We Cannot See. Such a good book and the ending just pissed me off.

The Hunger Games!!! Three books and it felt like an abrupt ending. Plus I thought it was a good storyline that could've been developed more.
