It's 6:45am EST...Why is everyone up so early?
LO has been moaning and groaning in her crib since 5:45am but she isn't totally awake yet so I'm just hanging out until she does.

It's 5:45 here. Baby was grunting extremely loudly in her sleep. I waited it out for a little bit but finally just gave in and woke her. Her dipe was wet and it had been 5 hours since she last ate anyway ( she's only 4 weeks old). Now I'm stressing myself out because Dr. Google just informed me that excessive grunting in their sleep is a sign if reflux in babies...

I'm up because LO has been awake for the day since around 6:20am EST. I consider this pretty good though because for the past month or so he had been waking up for the day around 5:00-5:30am EST.

I'm not up early, I'm up super late - it's 12:50am on Christmas Eve here. I got in a terrible mood after the last of our party guests left, praying to God that is PMS so that this stupid long cycle can be over. So I guess that you could say the reason I'm up so late is because I am torturing myself with thoughts of barrenness.

LO started calling for me 15 minutes ago. Glad that I don't have to wake up any earlier. I remember the 5am wake ups and most definitely don't want that to return.

My husband had a late night and didn't get much sleep the night before, so when my son woke at 6:30, I got up and took him to the other side of the house so my husband could sleep.
@MamaMoose: I read this, thought to myself "well my son grunted a ton in his sleep," then remembered he does have terrible reflux still at 8 months. I forget since its just part of life now. Gosh I hope this isn't the case for you. I've never heard this correlation, though.

5:19 a.m. here in Cali and I'm in the hospital. They check me every hour and I've napped a little but am just awake now. Hopefully after my 6 a.m. check up I'll doze off again.

I woke up at 6ish but just lounged in bed playing with DS until 9:15 or so. We're at DH's aunt's cabin, and I've found that I almost never sleep well the first night in a new bed. I'll sleep better tonight.
