We have a baby bjorn and one from IKEA. The IKEA one is the only one tall enough for her to actually reach the sink to wash her hands. But it's too tall to put under her feet if she is sitting on the toilet.

@winniebee: We have the $7 IKEA step stool and that's worked great for us!
We recently got the $20 two-step IKEA step stool for the kitchen... it's taller so Bee can use it too!

We have this one:

It looks pretty industrial but it has been great for us! It lives in the bathroom for teeth brushing and hand washing but also comes to the kitchen for baking/cooking help as a stand in for a (much more expensive) learning tower.

I have the Molger step stool from IKEA: http://www.ikea.com/ca/en/catalog/products/90241463/
I like this better than the Bekvam because each step is deep enough that i won't worry about her slipping.

I second the Ikea tall stool for sinks. We use that one all the time. It works really well for my son to use on the toilet as well.

I agree with @Freckles: we have the Ikea Bekvam, if I were to do it again, I would get the Ikea Molger since it is wider and not quite as tipsy.
I love the Bekvam for myself, but when C is brushing his teeth, it scoots away from the sink a little too easily. I put a bath mat underneath which helps, but it's just not sturdy enough for a toddler to use alone (to me at least).

We love the tall Ikea one and have them all over the house.

We have the tall Ikea one for me We'll probably get the red one for DD when she starts potty training. But I've been lusting over this for awhile, but I don't know how truly useful it'll be:

I'm not sure if that's the company that's been making them for over 30 years, but I know one of them has been and they were on Amazon too.

We had the Ikea one for DS. I liked that it had rubber on the bottom to prevent skidding.

Dang I wish there was an ikea nearby. We live in the boonies!

@winniebee: you can order some ikea stuff online. the tall ikea one is great because it's tall. we had the babybjorn one too, but it was way too short for the kids to reach the faucet.
the bekvam mostly we use because it's attractive enough to keep out since we have a small kitchen and need to access the upper cabinets daily.

@SugarplumsMom: that's our go to for a first birthday gift. But I get it from personal creations with a coupon. It's not a very conducive step stool though.

The bevkam is available online but costs 15 bucks to ship to me. Sheesh!

@winniebee: I just checked and it's not on Amazon either. eBay perhaps?
